We are not hopeless by Gregory Valentine

As much as I'm a conspiracy theorist..watching this eclipse and pondering... I was thinking that If something majorly cataclysmic was to happen all at once to this country beyond this hurricane flooding, fire, displacement situation. Like 2012 movie. Honestly our government, our society, our grocery stores, gas stations, or community would not have enough resources to help 320 million people survive...then I thought about Naked and Afraid and all my survivor friends who survived 1 to 21 days, and some 40 days, in the brush.

Imagine having to survive everyday without money, electricity, fuel and certain resources that we have normally? How many of us would last? Or could take what we know and make it going forward as the new normal?

I'm really wondering about now whether or not they should actually prepared and  developed  more solar powered options... electric-car options and survival training options as a school class like the movie Ender's game did with their students verse stupid useless antics they currently teach in school making us into mindless worker bees?

Then I remembered Psalm 121.

Psalms 121:1-8  I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.
The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

We'll have to survive this together as a human family with faith in the Most High.
